The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh will host a "Drag Queen Story Hour" on June 29 for children from birth to fifth grade! These events feature a man dressed in "drag" who often reads stories of "gender non-conformity" to impressionable children.
These events are confusing to children, encouraging them to contradict reality and to accept cross-dressing and "gender fluidity" as normal.
According to the American College of Pediatricians: "Conditioning children into believing that a lifetime of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex is normal and healthful is child abuse." (ACPEDS.org). Please sign our petition, urging Carnegie Library of Pittsburg to cancel this "Drag Queen" event.
