Author John Horvat II was the special guest at the Berks County Patriots meeting at Leesport Farmer’s Market in Leesport, Penn. on January 18. He spoke on the topic, “The Dangers of the Cultural Revolution that Is Destroying the America We Know and Love” based on considerations from the book, Return to Order: From a Frenzied Economy to an Organic Christian Society—Where We’ve Been, How We Got Here, and Where We Need to Go.
The speech was well received by those present. Mr. Horvat spoke about a new phase in the old Culture War in which everything can become politicized including words, gestures, sports, statues and even bathrooms. At the same time, he stressed the need to return to those God-given institutions, conventions, and morals that are part of the America that is known and loved by countless Americans. Afterwards he signed books and conversed with new friends.
